Dining Denver

I think I figured out why Colorado was one of the first states to legalize recreational marijuana. Because when the munchies hit you, there is literally no better city to be in than Denver. Seriously, it's a foodie's paradise.

I could pretend to give you a list of restaurant and food truck recommendations, but I don't even want to limit your gluttonous potential. There are way too many delicious options from which to choose. However, there are a few musts. What I can definitely suggest is the Taste of Denver Food Tour, Zoe Ma Ma, and Biju's Little Curry Shop. If you miss these, you just wasted a flight to Denver. I'm kidding, but for real.

Didn't I just say I wouldn't limit you by recommending restaurants? Oops.

From the market at Union Station to Blue Agave Grill to Milkbox Ice Creamery, there is something for everyone! The authentic cuisine options are endless in Denver, so there will be no need to eat at any of the franchise chain restaurants you already have in your own backyard at home.

Additionally, if you're a beer drinker, look no further. You've reached the mother ship. There's the obvious choice in Coors Brewing Company only about 25 minutes from the city center where you can do a quick 30-minute tour and taste. Or, you can keep it local and try the LoDo (Lower Downtown) Denver Craft Beer Tour starting at Wynkoop Brewery. Beer isn't really my drink of choice, so I indulged in the brewery's food menu and it was well worth it!

Doesn't really matter where you go, just be open to trying new things and let your taste buds do the talking.
